pagcor8 Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Verification

This page covers every money operation available on your pagcor8 account — from adding funds through your preferred local wallet to requesting a payout back to that same wallet. You will find GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay and PESONet listed under the Cashier section once you are logged in.

ADDING FUNDS

Send Money Into Your pagcor8 Account

Adding funds starts the moment you open the Cashier tab inside your account. The deposit panel lists each available method — GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay and PESONet — with the minimum amount shown alongside each one. Choose the method that matches the wallet on your phone, enter the amount you want to move, and follow the confirmation screen your wallet app presents.

  • Open the Cashier

Log in and tap the Cashier tab. The deposit panel opens automatically. You will see all available methods listed with their minimum amounts — no need to search through account settings.

  • Select Your Wallet or Bank

Choose GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay or PESONet from the list. Each selection shows the fields relevant to that method — wallet number for e-wallet rails, bank account details for PESONet.

  • Enter the Amount and Confirm

Key in your transfer amount, review the summary screen, then confirm. GCash and Maya redirect you to their own app for final approval. InstaPay and PESONet give you a reference number to complete inside your bank.

  • Check Your Balance

Once the transfer is received on our side, your account balance updates. The new total is visible on the account dashboard. If the update does not appear, note your wallet reference number before contacting support.

PAYOUT REQUESTS

Move Winnings Back to Your Wallet

Withdrawals from your pagcor8 balance follow a separate path from deposits, though the Cashier tab is still the starting point. Select the Withdraw option, pick the method you want the funds sent to, and enter the amount. The method you choose must match a wallet or bank account that has already passed the ownership check in your account — we do not send payouts to a wallet that has not been linked and verified.

  • Open Withdraw in the Cashier

Tap Cashier, then switch to the Withdraw tab. The methods available for payout are listed there. Only methods linked to a verified wallet or bank account on your profile will appear as selectable options.

  • Enter the Payout Amount

Key in the amount you want to withdraw. The minimum and any applicable limit for the selected method are shown on the same screen. Do not enter an amount below the displayed minimum — the request will not submit.

  • Complete Identity Confirmation

If the system prompts an additional identity check for your withdrawal — particularly for larger amounts — follow the on-screen steps. This is part of our account security process, not an error.

  • Track Status in Transaction History

After submitting, find the request in your account's transaction history. The status label tells you where it sits. If a hold reason is displayed, read it before opening a support ticket — most holds are resolved by following the label instructions.

Verify Your pagcor8 Account Before You Withdraw
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

Verify Your pagcor8 Account Before You Withdraw

Account verification is a one-time process that protects your balance and ensures payouts reach the right person. We ask you to confirm your identity and link your payment method before the first withdrawal request is processed. The documents needed are shown inside the Verify Account section of your profile — typically a valid government-issued ID and a match between the name on your ID and the name on your registered wallet.

  • Open Verify Account

Go to your profile settings and find the Verify Account section. The page lists exactly which documents are required and what format to upload them in. Follow those instructions precisely to avoid a re-submission.

  • Upload a Valid ID

A Philippine government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys card, driver's licence or passport — is accepted. The name on the ID must match the name registered on your account and on your linked wallet.

  • Link Your Payment Method

Confirm that your GCash, Maya, GrabPay or bank account belongs to you by following the wallet-linking step shown after your ID is reviewed. This prevents payouts from going to an unintended recipient.

  • Check Verification Status

The current status of your verification — Pending, Approved or Action Needed — is visible on your profile page. If it shows Action Needed, the reason is listed there. Act on that reason before requesting a withdrawal.

PAYMENT METHODS

Local Payment Options on pagcor8

Your pagcor8 Cashier supports the payment rails most commonly used in the Philippines for both deposits and withdrawals. Each method is available where local law and eligible regions permit. The Cashier section shows which methods are currently active for your account.

  • GCash

Link your GCash number in the Cashier to use it for deposits and withdrawals. The redirect to GCash for confirmation happens in your current browser session — no separate app switch needed unless you prefer it.

  • Maya

Maya is available for both adding funds and requesting payouts. Enter the mobile number tied to your Maya wallet in the Cashier. The confirmation step appears on-screen before the transfer is submitted.

  • GrabPay

GrabPay lets you move money between your GrabPay balance and your pagcor8 account. Select it from the Cashier, confirm the amount, and the transaction is handled through the GrabPay redirect screen.

  • InstaPay

InstaPay is a real-time interbank transfer rail. Select it in the Cashier to receive a reference number, then initiate the transfer from your bank's own app using that reference. Useful when moving from a bank account rather than a wallet.

  • PESONet

PESONet supports structured bank-linked settlements and is suited for planned transfers from a linked bank account. The Cashier displays the beneficiary details you enter into your bank's PESONet transfer screen.

TRANSACTION RECORDS

Match Your Wallet Transfer to Your Account History

Every deposit and withdrawal on pagcor8 generates a transaction record in your account history panel. The record shows the amount, method, timestamp and a status label. If a transfer does not appear as expected, comparing your wallet's reference number to the account record is the fastest way to confirm what happened — or to give our support team what they need to investigate.

  • Reference Numbers

Your wallet or bank generates a unique reference number for every transfer. Keep this number — it is what connects your wallet's record to the matching entry in your pagcor8 account history. Support will ask for it if a transaction needs manual checking.

  • Status Labels

Each transaction in your account history carries a status: Completed, Pending, Processing or Failed. A Pending status means the transfer is still in the queue. Failed means the funds were not received — check your wallet to confirm whether the amount was deducted before contacting support.

  • Account History Panel

The account history panel is accessible from your profile at any time after login. You can filter by date range and method. Use this to isolate a specific transaction rather than scrolling through the full list when you need to investigate a discrepancy.

  • Evidence to Keep

Store your wallet's transaction screenshot alongside the reference number until the status in your account shows Completed. This is the evidence you will need if you open a support ticket. Raise the ticket from the Help section and paste the reference number directly into the message.

How We Protect Your pagcor8 Balance
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS

How We Protect Your pagcor8 Balance

Security on your account works through a combination of domain verification, identity checks, wallet ownership confirmation and a clear support path. These layers are in place so that your balance moves only at your instruction and only to accounts that belong to you. Each layer is described below so you know exactly what we do and why.

  • Domain Check

Always confirm you are on pagcor8 before entering your account credentials or payment details. Bookmark the domain after your first login. Phishing attempts typically use close misspellings — verifying the exact URL takes two seconds and removes that risk entirely.

  • Identity Verification

The KYC step matches your account name to a government-issued ID before any withdrawal is processed. This prevents a third party from requesting a payout using your account. Once verified, your status is saved and you do not repeat the document upload for routine transactions.

  • Wallet Ownership Confirmation

We only send withdrawals to a wallet or bank account that has been linked and confirmed as yours during verification. If you change your primary payment method, the new wallet goes through the same linking step before payouts can be directed to it.

  • Support Path for Disputed Transactions

If a transaction in your account history does not match your wallet record, open a ticket from the Help section with your wallet reference number and a screenshot. Our support team reviews account-level transaction data and will respond to disputes raised through this channel.

BANKING QUESTIONS

Answers to Common pagcor8 Banking Questions

The questions below cover the situations that come up most often when managing money on your pagcor8 account — from choosing a deposit method to understanding why a withdrawal is held. If your question is not answered here, reach us through the Help section with your account reference.

Which deposit methods are available on pagcor8?

GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay and PESONet are listed in the Cashier section once you are logged in. Each method shows its minimum deposit amount. Availability depends on local law and eligible regions at the time you access your account.

Why is my withdrawal request still showing as Pending?

Pending means the request is in the processing queue. Check the status label in your transaction history — if it changes to Action Needed, the reason is shown there. If it stays Pending past the window displayed on the withdrawal screen, raise a support ticket with your transaction reference number.

Do I need to verify my account before I can withdraw?

Yes. Verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Open the Verify Account section in your profile, upload a valid Philippine government-issued ID, and confirm your linked wallet matches the name on that ID. Verification status is shown on your profile page.

Can I use a different wallet for withdrawals than the one I used to deposit?

You can link more than one payment method to your account, but each one must go through the wallet ownership confirmation step before payouts can be sent to it. The linking process is in the Cashier under payment method settings.

What should I do if my GCash deposit is not showing in my account balance?

First, confirm the transfer completed on the GCash side and note the reference number. Then check your pagcor8 transaction history for a Pending or Failed entry with a matching timestamp. If neither appears, open a support ticket from the Help section and include the GCash reference number.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount on pagcor8?

Yes. The minimum for each withdrawal method is shown on the Withdraw screen in the Cashier when you select that method. The figure is set per method, so GCash, InstaPay and PESONet may have different minimums. Check the screen at the time you request the payout.
